• Batteries tested and replaced on power supply units. 
• Replacement mechanical door closers and electronic fire alarm activated closers.
• Replacement door maglocks.
• Door hold back magnets replaced. 
• Aluminium door annual service, adjustments and repairs.
• Worn emergency push pads replaced.
• Fire door compliance checks. 
• Escape fire door furniture tested and fitted to comply with EN179 and EN1125.
• Double swing floor springs reset to correct position or replaced, including 24V.
• Entrance door closer adjustments or replacements.
• Fingerguards replaced or installed.
